ABN: 27 059 850 814 (Wilson Retail) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of all BoardCollective customers and Mates of BoardCollective members. Wilson Retail’s privacy policy supports Australian Privacy Principles and Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 and Wilson Retail will ensure that the personal information collected is accurate and secure.


Wilson Retail’s Privacy Policy outlines the approach to privacy and how your personal information is  collected, handled and protected. Wilson Retail’s Privacy Policy applies to all information collected in Saltwater Wine, Stormriders Red Herring Surf stores and online at boardcollective.com.au.  
It also sets out your rights in relation to accessing the personal information we collect and hold about you.

Wilson Retail uses and discloses your personal information for the purpose of providing you with the goods or services that you have requested, or otherwise to enable our team to carry out our business as an online retailer of goods and services.

Subject to the exceptions of APP 12.3, Wilson Retail will allow an individual access to the personal information held about them within a reasonable time after it is requested. When requesting such access please identify the precise type/s of information requested.


Wilson Retail retains your personal information for as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. Wilson Retail may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with legal requirements, prevent fraud and/or resolve disputes. When determining the maximum duration Wilson Retail retains data held, it is done so with regard to Wilson Retail’s legitimate interests to retain the data and obligation under GDPR to minimise data held.


The Data Protection Regulation provides for rights of access, modification and deletion of your personal information. Wilson Retail will securely destroy any information provided, upon request. This privacy policy was updated August 2021. This policy replaces any other privacy policy published by us to date. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and if any changes do occur.
